The first step is for you to submit your request, tell us what you will like to create or build. To assist you click the link below and you can complete the form that will walk you through what information you will provide to us.
We will send you a proposal and a quote based on your request and understanding of your needs. We will set- up an onboarding day, where you will get to meet with members of our team assigned to you including your assigned project manager. During onboarding, we will determine your project timeline accordingly.
At this point we start work and provide you access to all tools and dashboard that will keep you engaged throughout
The project timeline is subjective to the type, nature, an scope of the project. We determine the timeline during onboarding, and set dates to review each milestone. Accordingly.
Now that your project is completed, We set up a hand-over session with your team where we hand over every aspect of the project to you including passwords and access to all software. In most cases, we also provide you with basic video tutorials of how-to's for user-friendly use of some of the platforms. Otherwise, a youtube video will work perfectly.
Maintenance is as agreed, we do have an offer for monthly maintenance to support you. However, it's only on a first come first serve basis.
